Now about this, I wondered if the Blue-Haired blunder has all that blue hair and Konata, from Lucky Star, happens to have blue hair and is known for a popular meme of timotei, I thought I do something for the lol of it.

Description: So far you might be thinking who was the mastermind of restraining White (Touko), Prof. Araragi, and Kamitsure. If you thought it was Team Plasma, then I must ask why is one of their own members restrained with them? Could it be the same fiend who tied Dawn to a pole long ago, but I don't see a malevolent smiley. Who knows. So there's part 4 of my BW service. I took quite a while, longer than I thought actually. But I might get another deviation in before December 31st 2010 11:59 PM.
